DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Credit card details given, or a deposit must be made to confirm a booking.
2. If the deposit is to be paid with a cheque or money order, it must be received within 7 days of making the booking, or the booking will be cancelled, with no further communication from the lodge.
3. In the event of no deposit or no credit card details given, the cabin will only be held until 2.00 p.m. on the day of intended arrival.
4. A booking confirmed with a deposit or credit card details, can be changed to a future date at no charge, if the guests inform the lodge, at least 14 days prior to the original intended date of arrival.
5. In the event of guests cancelling less than 14 days prior to intended arrival date, the first nights' accommodation tariff will be charged.
6. In the case of a “no show” the cost of the first nights’ accommodation will be forfeited.
7. Check in time is after 2.00 p.m., and check out is by 10.00 a.m., or by prior arrangement with reception.
8. Lost keys, or keys not returned on departure, will incur a $10.00 charge if not returned to the lodge within 7 days.
9. Guests may be charged an extra cleaning fee, if the cabin is left in an unacceptable state.
10. Due to health regulations, pets are not permitted at Jemby Rinjah Eco Lodge.
11. Guests that leave part way through their stay will be charged for the full-intended period.
