Deposit and Cancellation Policy
1. Security payments are non-refundable. They may be used for future bookings, if 14 days notice is given.
2. Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am.
3. All bookings must be confirmed with a security payment or credit card details given.
4. Cabins will be held until 2.00pm on the intended day of arrival, unless prior arrangements are made.
5. The first nights' accommodation will be charged in the case of a “no show”.
6. The first nights’ accommodation will be charged for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
7. Guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee, if cabins are left in an unacceptable state.
8. Due to health regulations, pets are not permitted at Jemby Rinjah Eco Lodge.
9. Lost keys or keys not returned on departure, will incur a $10.00 charge if not returned within 7 days.
10. Guests that leave part way through a stay will be charged for the full intended period.
11. This policy and rates may be altered without notice.
