Our chef uses a creative blend of modern Australian cuisine and fresh seasonal produce to prepare a variety of dishes to suit every mood. Our restaurant is fully licensed.
After dining, relax with a drink in the sunken lounge around our circular open log fire.

There are some evenings when the restaurant is booked out ahead for Weddings or Conferences. On these occasional nights we suggest you try our fantastic "in-room" dining hampers.
Of course, you don't have to be staying "in-house" to come to the restaurant. With its reputation growing, people staying elsewhere in the mountains and locals are coming to appreciate our fine fare and unique dining atmosphere.
